Check out this quiz over at Harvard Business Online by Steven DeMaio. I especially like this last question:
10. When work makes me tired, as inevitably happens, what kind of tired feeling is it?
A. usually the good kind, like exercise gives you
B. it varies — sometimes a good kind, sometimes bad
C. the kind that makes you feel sad, lazy, useless, or angry

Thankfully, the word 'passionate' didn't appear in the quiz.
I'm developing a new theory that whenever the word turns up in a work-related context I should turn in the opposite direction and run.
In my book anyone who claims to be passionate about search engine optimisation, corporate accounting or similar is just a dumb, non-selfaware liar. Or as Bob would say, an asshole.
