Project Management Tools & Techniques

I've been giving a lot of thought to that concept, especially given the recession: is doing "more" really a good idea? What about doing the minimum? What about redefining the minimum, and seeing where that takes you.

It's great to see other people exploring this idea, especially as it relates to project management tools. Doing less is a surprisingly easy way to achieve more.

I noticed the use of the word "masterpiece" in your review on Amazon. I agree wholeheartedly!! Best book I've read in a long time. The supporting stories hit the concepts out of the park....
