We have run into this issue before. When we premiered this video about an Asshole Boss (http://thepeoplegroupllc.com/?s=sid+citrus) we found ourselves having to censor due to complaints from readers and subscribers. We advocate jerk-free and bully-free workplaces, but what it all boils down to is...we just don't want to work with assholes, and don't want anyone else to have to either.

Hi Bob,
I've been a big fan of yours and have probably helped sell scores of your book. Just want you to know that you are awesome in your approach and an inspiration to all. I'm working to make the office a brighter, better-designed, more inspiring environment. All that goes a long way but won't succeed unless the environment is populated with caring and professional people. Best!
